Homecoming Reboot villian?

So with all the rumors going on and with having a new spider man thread and a reboot suit thread I figured we needed a reboot villain thread. So my question is if marvel gets the rights who do you want to be the villain in the first solo marvel spider man movie? I think I would like to see either morbius or other and see karven. I voted Morbius though.

To me we already had green goblin done right in sm1. He had the characteristics and I liked his suit. It was not has ad has people say it was. I would like to see villains that we haven't really see first. I think we need a break form green goblin.

I only want vulture if there is another villain. I think vulture is one of sm worst villains and cant carry a movie on his own.

Good question or would marvel try to use multiple villains? Or would marvel try to bulid up to the s6 like sony but over more movies so it would work better?

The Governor for Doc Ock? He seems a bit too slim for Octavius. Ock is a man with a bit of heft to him, like Alfred Molina.

Ouch! Disagreed, but is see what you mean, He's pretty simple. Raimi had plans for him though and I always get excited thinking of the possibilities.

The reason sony's films feel so crowded isn't because of too many villains necessarily, it's just too many subplots in general (many of them going unresolved)

After the last sever months an hearing people talk more and more about kravens last hunt I am wanting to see that more and more.

It would be a terrible first story for a franchise. Or second. Or even third. It's a great story, but there has to be a LOT of build up for it to have any impact.

Though not my choice for a first movie villain in a new MCU Spider-man, I think Vulture has the potential to work. Though I would depict him as less frail looking as he's been depicted in the comics. Cast an appropriate aged actor who is still relatively fit and imposing and with the right script and costume I think it has potential.

I'd have Vulture as an opening villain that Spidey takes down before the main pot.
