Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara Team for Hot Pursuit

I was hoping Reese played the con; I can actually see her channeling channeling her inner middle-america hoodlum and basically becoming a female Steve Zahn.

Also, Sofia Vergera as a police detective. Tailored pantsuit and black leather carcoat.

But they went with lazy casting. Of course, the anglo is the police officer, and the latina is obviously connected with crime.

 

I will see anything with Sofia in it.

 

This will probably suck but I read an interview with the two of them in EW and I have to admit they were hilarious.

 

Looks like an early 2000s movie.

 

I want this to do well. It looks like some mindless fun plus I love how they keep on going back to the age and height jokes.

 

Sofia Vergara you say?

 

The interview's probably funnier than the actual movie.

And it's directed by Anne Fletcher... big pass.

 

Just looked up her filmography... yeah, I'll pass too.
