Remember Me?

Is there an option somewhere in the vBulletin code so it can remember my new posts till I say they aren't new anymore?

I ask mainly coz of SHH, sometimes it can take so long to load one page it forgets all my other new posts and I can end up with thousands of pages to read scrool through trying to find my last post to see if anyone replyed. It sort of makes my UserCP pointless sometimes.

PS. I think this is the place to post this sort of question.
