This movie was Stylized to have a comic book feel, even though it had never been published as a comic. The story is truely genious, and the music is amazing! How many have seen this before? How many have even heard of it?
Repo is centerd around a not to distant future in which organ failure has become an epidemic, but a Savior comes along in the form of a company called Genco who offers organ replacement at an afordable, finacible price. But be timely on your payments or Genco will send their Repo-Men, legal assasins put to work after organ reposetion was made Legal.
To me it has all of the thematic elements of a comic book, but with the added musical quality. Repo-Man, Nathan, is basicaly the Batman type of character of the film....but more on the side of an anti-hero or villain at times. There is a definate duality about him, and all of the other characters are equaly as interesting. This story was done with an almost Rocky Horror quality about it. Tell me what YOU think.
