Alright, I'm sorry I hopped aboard the meme train there, but come on. Leon has clearly been studying up on Keanu Reeves' gun-fu, what with his sideways gripped pistol held close and tight to his chest (which, yes, I know is a real style of holding a gun) plus all those sweet spins, kicks, and punches.
In case you were confused, this is a clip from Resident Evil: Vendetta. Unlike the live-action films starring Milla Jovovich, this movie does take place in the same universe as the games, and is a canonical pre-cursor to Resident Evil 7. The film, based on CAPCOM's Resident Evil (Biohazard) horror game franchise, will open in Japanese theaters on May 27. The film is the third CG-animated film for the franchise, after 2008's Resident Evil: Degeneration and 2012's Resident Evil: Damnation.
The film will screen in theaters in the United States and Canada on June 19 for one night only. Tickets in Canada went on sale on March 24, and tickets in the United States went on sale on March 31.
The film will have a completely original story and will feature characters from multiple games in the series. CAPCOM producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Resident Evil 4, Sengoku Basara) is supervising the project. The English dub cast includes Matthew Mercer as Leon S. Kennedy, Kevin Dorman as Chris Redfield, and Erin Cahillas Rebecca Chambers.
Takanori Tsujimoto (The Next Generation -Patlabor-, Ultraman X) is directing the film at Marza Animation Planet, with a script by Makoto Fukami (Psycho-Pass, School-Live!). Kenji Kawai (Patlabor, Ghost in the Shell) is composing the music. Takashi Shimizu (Ju-on, live-action Kiki's Delivery Service) is credited as executive producer. Kenji Shibasaki is handling the sound design, Hiroyasu Shinohara is producing, Kosei Sugimoto is the associate producer, and Kei Miyamoto is the co-producer.

I watched this the other day, I can highly recommend it. I went back and re-watched the previous two before seeing this and for me this one was the best!
