I once wrote to a UK PS2 magazine to complain the quality was slipping, and got a free copy of Splashdown when my letter was published. Not the world's best game by any means, but it was all the more fun for being free.

Dude everyday Resistance is getting more and more promising, like dude 40 massive levels in a FPS? The max i've only seen is at least 25. I believe it was confirmed its 45 minutes long for just one level....That is 1800 minutes divided by 60 minutes would give you 30 hours. WOW.

30 (probably 30+) hours of just straight gameplay? and a 40 person multiplayer on top of that?

Even still, a good FPS is length is about 9-10 hrs (for me anyways), so if it's at least that, it's all good to me.

Are the levels nonlinear then or just really long linear levels?

I think its a mix, the battle fields are open ended but the facilities are linear? I'm not sure good question.
