For anyone willing to shell out the cash, the Writer's Market books (by the same people who publish Writer's Digest, I believe) are fantastic resources on places to submit. I have the Novel and Short Story edition, although they have an edition that encompasses pretty much any market that you're looking for. They give you all the details, especially helpful in the fact that they point out publishers that are interested in "first time" submitters.
