Bond cameo ... Sir Richard Branson


VIRGIN Atlantic boss Sir Richard Branson is to star in new James Bond film Casino Royale.

The tycoon makes a cameo appearance with his son Sam, 20, in a check-in scene set at Miami Airport.

Sir Richard, 55, took part in filming with new 007 Daniel Craig in May.

He has already starred in Friends and Only Fools And Horses — and will pop up in Spider-Man 3.

Sir Richard, 55, said: “I’m just a little excited to be playing a cameo.”

Casino Royale is due for release in November.

Well, Branson was in Superman Returns. Maybe he's making the superhero circuit.

He has a business venture into comics that collaborated with Marvel to produce Spider-Man India. I'm guessing the idea took from there.

Instead of Peter Parker, it's Pavitr Prabhakar. Mary Jane is Meera Jaine.
