Haven't created a thread in awhile, and thought this would be a fun one where we can post about C and D list characters.

Who would you guys and gals say are the most ridiculous members that have been in the League?

What do you find so ridiculous about "Tasmanian Devil" ? Sure he's a bit of a lycanthrope cliche (and making him gay didn't help), but, as an Australian, I don't have any problem having him as our representative in the DCU (I WOULD like more use of non U S heros , but I doubt it is ever going to happen).
