You seem like a good person Squeek so it doesn't surprise me that you can't think of an achievement the MAGA disciples would point to but it's unfortunately really simple to explain why they love him so much even though half his actions as PotUS were fruitless and the other half actively made their lives worse.

Simply put, he validates their hatred of anything/anyone who is not them.
