Oh my God.....Patrick McGoohan died today. He was 80 years of age.

I'm currently watching his famous TV show The Prisoner. Man, he is awesome in that.

RIP

A sad day. Patrick McGoohan and Ricardo Montalban both died. :(

(Well they didn't die today, 13th and 14th, but the news came today.)

Ironically, the last Prisoner episode I watched before this news came out was called ''It's your funeral''.

I was planning to do Star Trek movie marathon...

I'm actually watching The Prisoner on AMC.com. it's damn good.

This is truly terrible news. 2009 isn't off to a good start. Patrick McGoohan wil be truly missed by many.

On a side note, I always thought Patrick McGoohan , Richard Attenborough and Orson Welles looked similar.

Patrick McGoohan was one of the most intense actors ever with a sly smile and look as if he could see right through you.
His role in Braveheart as Longshanks, King Edward I is still one of the most memorable
R.I.P TO A BRILLAINT ACTOR

He was such a terrific bastard as the prisoner warden in Escape from Alcatraz.
