Robbie Amell cast as Ronnie Raymond/Firestorm

That acronym is still hilariously ridiculous.

 

How about they start the narration, but keep trippng over each other, and arguing about inane things. Eventually it will devolve to the point where we see the standard intro images, but the voice over is non sequitur *****ing.

 

I'd love a tag-team narration. Especially if it becomes speaking in unison at the end.

Speaking of. If they don't do full spinoffs for these characters, having a 1-3 episode mini-series for ATOM, FIRESTORM, and even Black Canary would be really awesome to me.

 

No! No! NO! no narration i can deal with it with Flash cause that seems like Barry's attitude but not from STORMY!! of if it is i just MY NAME IS FIRESTORM!! I KICK THE &*( PEOPLE'S BUTT!
and i watched that Fallout episodes 4 time now ( what! i like FIRESTORM!!) the doc that was with Eling was all we manage to isolate the Firsetorm matrix.... sooooooo i am thinking they might could have experimented on Jason( which is reason for him to not be around and we get 2 FIRESTORMS Duking it out!! OH YEAHHHH!!
and i would be cool if Stormy , Canary and the Atom had a revolving mini- series show i would be cool with that i just want more FIRESTORM!! Damn have i always loved that dude since day 1!

That idea sounds really cool! Mini arcs revolving around each of the secondary heroes would be awesome! I do feel that either ATOM or Firestorm will get their own show though. Whichever proves more popular (Firestorm).

It's funny, but I totally forgot that Firestorm was referred to as "the Nuclear Man" (or as Jeb Bush says, "the Nucular Man") until that recent episode. I wonder if we'll ever see the other Nuclear Man show up in any future DC shows or movies...

 

Hopefully he'll be in a future instalment of a MOS sequel.

hahah yeah! it is still the most laughable thing ever! how come Eling couldnt have just had a folder with "project FIRESTORM"( do that Falcon winter solider thing) on it and call it a day! that acronym was ludicrous!( and not that rapper by that name!)


...but cause its STORMY i am willing to forgo that inane name change!

 

I kind of hope they eventually have Firestorm do more sophisticated tricks than "shoot fire", but I can't hate on him when so much of his story to date has been just plain good. Ronnie Raymond is as much of a true blue hero as Barry, and Martin Stein may be cranky, but he's a good person with courage, too.

MAN! I hope robbie shows up in that new spin-off series with victor. i really love those 2 together and dig robbie as Firestorm...only he really need to get a FREAKIN COSTUME and lose the letterman jacket or whatever that is! come on

 

I can root for the guy but that costume is ridiculous! I get that the comic costume may be a tad impractical but they really must do better.

 

Robbie turned up as an uncredited extra on fiance Italia's show Chasing Life this week .

He was playing a guy out of his face on Ecstasy dancing about in the background

 

I agree – The success of the series has proven the audience are accepting of a brighter, more comic-book superhero series... they should embrace that and give the characters more accurate costumes... without making them ridiculous of course
The Jay Garrick costume is a perfect example... tweaked the comic costume and made it workable... i'm sure they could do the same with Firestorm. t:

Supergirl would be the place to bring back Ronnie Raymond.

 

I love Ronnie Raymond, he's one of my favorite comic book characters. I really dug Jason Rusch too, especially the brief few issues when Ronnie and Jason fused.

I gotta say the actor who plays Jefferson is unbelievably bad. He's gotten a little bit better in season 2 of legends but they should seriously bring Ronnie back ASAP
