oh if you change your armor in the game's settings it not just appears in the cut scenes but on the main menu screen as well. I have the vanguard suit (robocop 2 armor) and when I selected it and went back to the main menu Robo was now blue nice touch there

apparently the Xbox version of the game has no issues for the cut scenes and when they go from gameplay to cut scenes etc. I hope that the PS5 version gets a patch that may make it play more like the xbox version.

I snagged a copy of it for Xbox used for less than a new copy and for only 5 bucks I can always get back the blue Robo 2 armor and gun if I really wanted that pre order DLC if want. I will probably trade/sell/gift my PS5 copy maybe in the future there will be a patch to fix the cut scene bits. I have not played it on my PS5 since last month.

EDIT it is on sale on Steam but not on PS Store it would be nice if it was on sale but while I DO have Steam I do not have the way to play PS5 quality games on any of my non consoles.

It was in the Deal Mania Sale up to 75% off. The sale still shows up as ending March 12th, I got it for $8.99 and $7.99 for the Alex Murphy DLC a few days ago. And this is in the US.

So weird. I'm not seeing it at all on the Deal Mania page and it's still showing up as full price on the PS store.

That is odd. I heard about it elsewhere and searched Robocop by name and it had the base game for $8.99 and the deluxe still listed at $69.99 which I didn't bother with, seeing as the base game and DLC is still less than $20. Even adding the $5 cosmetic pack would only bump it to under $25.

edit: It was a weekend sale? Reset Era, I read it was part of this Deal Mania, someone gave me the wrong info. I got it Sunday evening apparently just before it ended. Having two sales like this at once is confusing.

I grabbed the Alex Murphy edition off from GOG for 15 Canadageese (about 12 Americaneagles). Pretty great deal so thanks for the heads up. There are other PC storefronts that sell cheaper than GOG, but eh, I like my games DRM-free.

yeah it shows up as 59.99 on that link and not only is it full price on the PS store it is got a padlock on it so I guess I cannot even buy it digitally is it because I had it on my PS5 when it was originally a disc version that I have long gotten rid of?

You should be able to buy a digital version of a disc version just fine. I have done that in the past.

I resubscribed to PS Plus for a month just to play this and I wasn't disappointed. It kind of feels like a 360/PS3 game with current gen aesthetics but it's so much fun. It perfectly captured the vibe of the original movie and Peter Weller voicing Murphy was just icing on the cake. His voice hasn't changed much at all. I enjoyed it so much that I might revisit it to play the DLC once it's out.
