Rocky V is still a part of the series because there will be a mention of it when he gets licensed again for the fight against Dixon.............

Well I've heard a rumour that Arnold shot a cameo as himself, you know being the governor watching the fight so if that proves itself to be true, they will be together in the same movie in a way...lol
