Zemo killed off the other Winter Soldiers, which would have made amazing villains, but there's still a Red Room and other 'widows', I would imagine (like Dottie, from Agent Carter).

Their Russian connection could lead to having to deal with a new version of characters like the Presence, or Crimson Dynamo, or the Titanium Man.

lol between people who want a Black Widow movie and people who want Buddy Movie between Barnes and Wilson post Cap I think combining them together is a good idea to me as all 3 have been in the last 2 Cap movies dealing with political intrigue this seems like a natural extension of that

I think partnering her up with something is a good idea, but partner her up with someone that will highlight what makes her incredible, not something that will essentially 'steal' the spotlight with superior chemistry. She should be in the most interesting relationship in the film. With Barnes and Sam there it's not unlike if the Spider-Man film was also a workplace comedy with Rhodey and Pepper sharing equal screentime with Peter.

I'd rather see her have a 'Bond boy' or something like that.
