The Xbone X just came out last year. I think they can give at least one more year’s focus on current gen.

We were talking about introducing new franchises and that more commonly happens at the start of new gens than at the end of old ones. But of course I'd prefer to see them asap.

new IPs? I think that happens all throughout the generation. mS had some launch titles although none of them really took off. Then there's Pubg which is the middle of the gen, going towards the end
