USA Network's new one-hour drama focuses on the world of renegade physician Dr. William Rush (Tom Ellis), whose highly discreet approach, no matter the ailment, and disassociation with any hospital, comes with the hefty price tag of his cash-only premium. Dr. Rush lives life in the fast lane, can party with the best of them and has no fear of consequence. But when an old flame and his conscience surface, he questions everything.

The potential for the lead character to develop with this premise is interesting.

Everytime the lead actor drives his car you can tell he is front of a green screen.
