Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, the pair behind last year's
Crazy, Stupid, Love, have set up a new project at Warner Bros. titled
Focus.
Deadline has word that not only will the duo re-team with producer Denise DiNovi, but they're interested in again casting Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in leading roles.
The plot of
Focus is said to involve a romance between a professional conman and someone just learning the criminal art and how their past relationship comes back into play when they meet up again years later.
Both Gosling and Stone can be seen in the upcoming historical crime drama from Warner Bros. and director Ruben Fleischer,
The Gangster Squad.
