I was wondering that too. I think he will stay at a human level. He seems to be inspired by daredevil, right down to the pastor as a confidant. Probably have the same street level skill set. He is ex army so he's not a complete schmuck. I see him teaming up with his phasing little brother.

He made a mech-suit of sorts, and I kind of rolled my eyes. It's fine that we have a non-evo helping evos, but I feel his story is the weakest. I'm sure the relevance will catch up to the show when stories begin crossing and then finally fuse.
