hey everyone just here to find out who would u like to see in a remake for SCANNERS...like everyone else i hate remakes but i like to think about stuff like this for fun. heres my cast.

Braedon Keller-James Woods or Peter Weller

I'm not oppose to remakes if there doing something new and different with the property, which I find hilarious about fans because they never want that, which is why I respect Batman Begins(even if I don't particularly love it) and not Superman Returns... So in the case of Scanners, I suppose if there was some great idea, I don't see what considering there was already 2 sequels and a spin-off series of movies. Plus I think it'd lose that subtle layer that Croenburg puts in all his films, though the original is in no way perfect, it's a good movie. So I don't see the need for a remake but if you got something to bring to the table like The Fly (1986) did for The Fly 50s version... And it's not a superficial reason like just having hte guy fly(Ala the brand new Fly remake there supposely making), then go for it...
