If you haven't seen this gem do yourself a favour and go watch it on Youtube. Yes, somehow this masterpiece has not been picked up for the Criterion collection and is languishing for free.

The pathos, the acting, the plot, the dazzling action, the romance, this has it all folks, you wont be sorry!

The many faces of Samurai Cop.

Obviously the unsung classic of its time, yet despite the lack of notoriety, contemporary media obviously owes a lot of its narrative stylings an forms to this film right here.

Everyone should make Samurai Cop their first movie of 2013, get the year off to a good start!

Best acting since George C. Scott in Man Getting Hit by Football.

I want the buddy-cop actioner starring this guy and Tommy Wiseau.

The brilliant thing about Samurai Cop is that not only is he a warrior but he's a master of disguise.

Plus, he's still inspiring young artists to this day!

[notagratuitousbump]Happy new year fellow Samurai Cop fans![/notagratuitousbump]

I want the buddy-cop actioner starring this guy and Tommy Wiseau.

We need a third-rate Expendables movie: this guy, Wiseau, Lorenzo Llamas, Don "The Dragon" Wilson and Cynthia Rothrock.

I was gonna suggest Matt Hannon would be ideal for a character drama about an aging, retired Chippendale with substance abuse problems, but I just discovered that he died last year. :(

In fact Samurai Cop was only his second movie and also his last movie, I don't understand why he didn't get any work in the following 23 years.
