Sandman is Perfect!

Does anyone else agree with me that everything about sandman in this movie is perfect so far?
Choosing Thomas Haden Church as Flint Marko was one of the greatest casting decisions made by the spider-man movies (along with J.K Simmons, Rosemary Harris, and Cliff Robertson)

Also, the effects we've seen so far are incredible. (My only complaint is the scene with sandman turning into the sandman in the chamber). Also, those recent pictures we got of him on the Sony site are awesome.

which one? cause a friend of mine from the sony boards made the second one (it's been made several times, I'm sure).
But yeah, my recent love for the sandman came from how perfect he looked in the trailers so far.

sandmans fine, but hes hard to screw up.

Im quite happy the black costume though. I've gotta admit, when i saw the classic picture of the black costume spidey about a year ago, I was far less than enthused. I couldn't understand what raimi was thinking. But last night, seeing the new Spider-Man 3 web page, I got a jolt of excitement I hadn't gotten since the venom pic from comic-con.

The Symbiote costume from the comics was always my favorite, but now I'm starting to like the movie one more.

Yes sir. I thought Sandman was indeed perfect when the first image of him appeared. Besides, THC is a brilliant actor, just see him on 'Sideways'.

Those were great castings, I agree. Willem Dafoe was just as good, specially with his 'Goblin' voice. And who can complain about Mr. Molina?? Best villain so far, but Sandman has always been my favorite, so who knows!

I think Chruch ranks with Molina and Simmons when it comes to casting actors who look exactly like their comic book counterparts.

Now will he be as good as Molina and Dafoe?? Lets hope so. I do like that he's being played as a conflicted villain, because Sandman was never really evil in the comics. Just a petty thug.

Yeah, THC is looking like a great Sandman so far. And all of the Spidey villians have been top notch.

The question is...how will Topher turn out? We haven't seen enough of him yet to properly judge.
