Sarah Palin Biopic: Who Should Play Her?

I was watching a recent interview with Sarah on YouTube, and it suddenly struck me how much Erica Durance resembles her. If a biopic were ever filmed about Sarah's life, do you think Erica could make it work? If not, who would be your ideal choice?

Here's an oldie, but a (relatively harmless) goodie: Palin thinks she's a foreign policy expert because she can see Russia from her house. I can see the moon from my house, but that doesn't make me an astronaut!

Yeah, considering they already did a pretty good movie on the only particularly interesting period of Sarah Palin's life, I don't really see much of a point in a biopic.

I mean, what else has she done they can really make a movie about? That anyone would want to watch, that is.

I think Sarah Palin was kind of interesting, as one of the biggest political mistakes since... Dukakis? But as an individual? Not so much.

As for who should play Sarah Palin:

I think the most accurate "biopic" has been done already.

To her... intellectual credit, I do think she is faking some of it (if not most of it). I mean, she's no genius, but I think she is so over-the-top because it sells. In some of her pre-fame interviews, she comes off a lot smarter. Or at least less extreme.

Of course, the people who idolize her obviously don't realize that.

"Game Change" was about the 2008 election, which comprises a very small part of Sarah's life. I'm talking about a serious, objective look at the whole expanse across 49 years and counting. Erica looks and sounds a lot more like Sarah than Julianne could, in my opinion.

My denial is dependent on what kind of "evolution" you're talking about. I've read about and watched lots of videos on the supposed "evidence", but I interpret it differently because I'm not a naturalist or secularist.

Let's be honest here McCain most likely was going to lose one way or another. Maybe if McCain picked a safer VP he would have lost by 5% instead of 7% but he needed to make a home run swing and hope for the best when he picked Palin
