According to the news, producers of SR will NOT greenlit any sequels to this movie unless it makes $200 million domestic. Right now, its at 144. So go watch it again and again...

For those who liked the movie...well, you liked it, you will get a sequel

For those who didn't like the movie...well heres your way of ensuring that singer gets another chance and fixes all teh mistakes, and makes a better movie none the less.

I have already watched it once.

I will support the movie more if singer openly admits at comic con that

"He is a useless, pathetic director with no vision, flare whatsoever and that both x1 and x2 sucked and so did SR and that he will never ever make any more comic book movies"

:o :o

I'm not watching it at all.

Don't see I can do much more to encourage Warners not to continue with this stillborn film franchise.

The desperation that some of you fans are showing trying to save the life of this franchise is hilarious

i plan to watch it at least 2 more times before it goes out of the theater and i'm bringing people to watch it with me.

I'm NEVER watching this dull movie again unless I'm on an airplane and need to sleep. Theres plenty of great superman books and cartoons to enterain me until WB admits in made a mistake, fires Singer and co. and hires a more competant team. Maybe even give Goyer a shot at writing a rough draft. release it accidently like Batman Begins and see what fans think of it.

You haven't seen the movie, and you are still making comments. That just puts a huge hole in your arguments. See the movie and then rip it, makes more sense. It's like saying, I don't like coffee, but you never tried it.

hell no, the movie is not worth my money, iwill go see pirates again.

No, I won't watch it again.
I do NOT want to ensure that Singer gets another chance. In fact, I'd be very pleased if he and his team stayed away from Comic book franchises forever.

I'm not buyin the 200mil domestic bit. Da Vinci code made 800 million worldwide since it's release. You're telling me that if SR pulls in 400 million worldwide and the domestic take is only 165 of that 400 million they won't make another picture......nah, doesn't jive. SR has only been out 2 weeks and we haven't even gotten to DVD sales yet.....the box office take is definitely a major revenue source, but DVD sales are also a major factor as well.

Long story short, we'll get a sequel, SR was amazing....done and done.

the da vinci budget was only 135 not 204 like sr

I've seen it twice, and I intend on seeing it again some time... My parents watched POTC2 and they said that they would of watched SR again instead of watching POTC, and this is coming from 2 people in their mid 50's.

Doesn't matter. Da Vinci has brought 800 million worldwide since it's release. SR will eventually bring 400-500 million worldwide. Then there's toy sales, dvd sales.....the movie has legs....haters are just eager to try to kick them out from under the movie before it gets going. This movie is just startin to hit the rest of the world.

For the last time toy sales and "merchandise" have nothing to do with the box office, and what makes people so sure that the international crowd will be any different than the us.

A little......I mean, hwo can ANYONE comment, attack, love, or hate a film without even watching it? That's kinda....I dunno....hypocritical.

C'mon....he's seen it, right? C'mon, Desk....you saw it, right?

No, I certainly haven't, and I've got no intention of doing so.

Why would I want to see a film where every fact that's emerged about it has bolstered my grave concerns, and all the promotion in the form of interviews, trailers, clips deter me rather than encourage me from seeing it?

When the reviews confirm my fears, and there's a large and growing backlash on a group like this, I feel quite secure in my decision to sidestep this turkey and not have it polluting my consciousness.

Singer created a Superman film that I, a Superman fan, have no desire to see. Why would I want to support it or any resulting sequel?

DOES that suprise you, your parent's are obviously into movies that have a plot (no matter how flawed), and substance, instead of overly done FX movies likes Pirates.... all that movie was is a precusor to the third film, waste of my time....
