Rough Night is a bit more explicit in terms of its connection to what is going on. "Rock that Body" sounds like a fitness video, that probably doesn't have a lot of people connect it to film. Rough Night, very typical. Like how you end up with main character based titles.

I could see her character being revealed as the one that sets things into motion. Either that or her character is likely to be a massive *****e. Or that third option, we could be totally wrong. lol

As far as I know, the plot is supposed to revolve around the aftermath of a bachelorette party gone wrong (a dancer dies or something). So yeah, I guess you could say it's like a female Hangover.

I like Scarlett Johansson but I don't think she does comedy particularly well. I'm not sure about this one. Jillian Bell is hysterical though.

What is this? Don't know what Very Bad Things is, but this looks like an attempt to be a female Hangover; and I hated the last wannabe female Hangover.

Very Bad Things is a movie involving a bachelor party where one of them kills a stripper/hooker. It involves a group of guys and it primarily deals in the aftermath of them killing her, i.e. they turn on each other. It goes the super dark comedy route unlike this which is playing things more broadly with the bumbling attempts to get rid of him.
