Anybody notice in the scene of Wolverine packing, and Storm stopping him and giving him the "Because you love her"/"If your with us then be with us" lecture, that he was wearing his blue button-shirt and Storm her red tee? I'm pretty sure that it was originally shot to be placed right before Logan and Storm sprinting to Professor X. It would be a little more powerful having that scene placed there instead of before Logan leaving- because we would have Logan telling Scott "maybe its time to move on", Scott shooting back with "not everyone heals as fast as you", but then right after that seeing Logan in his room having trouble getting over her and considering leaving. In the theatrical release, right before and after this scene we see Logan wearing the hoodie and leather jacket.
-Now there's additional dialogue in the theatrical release about Jean killing the professor, but it cuts to close ups of the characters when this happens- if these close-ups are cut out, we have Logan packing at the beginning, then marching for the door where Storm stops him (seamless) and the rest of the scene plays out about Jean "making her choice" (a reference to her X2 sacrifice maybe?). I think they added the killing X dialogue last minute in case there were pacing issues with the editing (since FOX didn't want their audience to go too long without some action scenes). Personally, I think that Logan being contacted by Jean at Xavier's headstone and then leaving on his bike would have flowed better, plus it adds more emotional impact to his arguments with Xavier before his death (being contacted, brought to his knees, and then looking up to see Xavier's face eye-level in front of him, before knowing what he has to do).
