Scion Xa and MP3 support.

hey, so I have a Scion Xa and play my Ipod through the stereo using the build in Ipod connection but i'm tired of using an Ipod and wanted to switch to the Samsung Galaxy 4.0 Android MP3 player. Will that work in my Scion? I can't find any info on if they will be compatible.
