So, I picked up their Kabuki figure at a con a few months ago, and it's not completly terrible. There was a problem with the joints sticking, and since it was the switchable hands that stuck, and female figures have thin wrists, that almost resulted in an irreprably broken figure, so, you might want to work on using stronger plastics for the small parts, Shocker, and make sure they can be moved and switched with out breaking, or offer some really good customer service for when they do break. That said, soaking her in hot water did the trick, but I'm still very careful with her hands. Her face sculpt is probably the best I've seen for an Asian character, so props on that, and her mask stays on quite well, without being hard to remove, but I would have preferred to have her weapons be transferable, rather than permanently affixed to her hands. Keep your attitude in check on these forums, try and get your product out on time, and work on some mainstream distribution, and maybe, just maybe, someday Marvel will come to you, after realizing what a horrible mistake Hasbro was.
