Not sure if I care much for this episode.

What did they do to Ava? She is so unsure of herself compared to when we first met her. She used to be in charge of plenty of people. Though them not allowing Ray to "mature" back to the point where he could be a leader in Sara's absence is a downfall of the character.

Zari/John definitely help keep the episode up in Saras absence.

With the synopsis describing Sara’s temporary absence, I figured this would be the episode that Caity Lotz directed. Turns out, that’s the next episode. And Sara’s still absent for that one too. (I guess Lotz did a lot of prep. )
