How are Meera and Bran going to get away from WWs without Hodor?

Glad the Sparrow plot finally seems to be climaxing.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Sam's family fits into the larger story.

If you want to know open tag:

Leaked infomation says Benjen saves them and escorts Bran and Meera to the Wall and leaves them there.

Seems that Benjen is
going to be the show's version of Coldhands.

I almost clicked on your spoiler but I won't.

Bloody awesome!!!

'Blood of my blood' is what Jorah exclaimed upon seeing the dragons and unburnt Danaerys the first time.

Really?!!! :woo:

Yes that's the first thing I thought of!

Aren't they supposed to shave the head of the person whose about to make the walk of atonement? In the pics for the upcoming ep Margaery still has her long hair….

Her sin isn't as great as Cersei's so the level of atonement may be less.

It looks like we won't get the walk of atonemement for Margaery. :csad:

If that's true then
I wonder where Benjen has been all this time. Seems strange that he wouldn't have ventured back to the wall at least once to let them know he wasn't dead. Was he captured? Did he discover something significant about the White Walkers? I MUST KNOW.

Also, am I the only one who hopes that Meera doesn't turn out to be Jon's sister? I mean, if she is, then it's starting to feel like every female character is one of Jon's actual or adopted siblings. You already have Arya and Sansa, and Dany if R+L=J is true, and now Meera. At this point, Ygritte will go down as the love of Jon's life simply because she's the only woman around he's not related to!

Is that likely?

Is that likely?

Twins increases the risk of complications in childbirth as an explanation for Lyanna's death. Meera and Jon are the same age, and Howland Reed was with Ned at the Tower of Joy, so yes it stands as a possibility albeit an unpopular one.

All true. I guess there is a chance. Not sure I'd want it either unless Meera became much more important.

In the books at least, Meera doesn't overly seem similar in appearance to Lyanna or Rhaegar; her colouring is brown hair and green eyes with the typical build of the Reed family. I wouldn't think it too likely unless it's a show only thing.

Whereabouts of something spoilery Rowsdower asked about

Where was Benjen? Simple.
Benjen had taken on the role of Night's King, and left his post once the Night King began taking his forces south of Hardhome

I don't want them to do show-only things that are that big.

I hope they quickly wrap up this crap in KL and get Jaime moving here.

Gotta say I find Essie very attractive, way more attractive than the last film I saw her in. :o Hope Arya spares her character......but she can off Richard E Grant if she wants. :ilv:

Just on Meera, there's never even been a hint of Ned bringing more than one baby out of the ToJ, or of Howland bringing home a child from the war. I just can't see it.

Who is that character in the last photo? Is that the Essie you're talking about Future?

Aye that's Essie Davis Ice, she was in the horror film Babadook. From the brief scene she was in last week she came across as likeable and warm, a million miles away from her role in Babadook. Very talented actress, wish they got her for a role more significant.

Yeah, it looks like it's going to be a classic fake out. And I'm predicting what will happen is that Margaery will publicly announce that, as atonement for her sins...she will become a Septa for the Faith of the Seven. Why? To stop her brother from being tortured and free him from prison, of course. Remember the story the High Sparrow told her about how he gave up all that he had to serve the Seven? That's Margaery's out. The High Sparrow also told Tommen about how Margaery could take the Walk of Atonement counting on the Kingsguard showing up, thus ensuring that Margarey's announcement is there for everyone to see. And that's also how he "brings down an empire" because, by becoming a Septa, Margaery must also take a vow of celibacy. Which means no relations between her and Tommen. Which cuts off both the Lannisters and the Tyrells from the Iron Throne.

If she refused to give him children the marriage would either be annulled by a high septon or Jaime or Cersei would have her killed because she would be entirely useless to them. Margarey and Olenna know the Lannisters too well to make such a foolish choice. But this is the show so the writers might have her do something like that.

Up until now, Margaery has always tried to be level headed and she is smart and she is pretty good with the poor and the people of King's Landing. She isnt afraid to walk through **** and grime to help kids on the streets. And she isnt nearly as reviled as Cersei was. My guess is she will try to appeal to the people and to get the Sparrow and Jaime both to stand down. She can do that without taking vows.

I hope Jamie and the Kingsguard kill all the Sparrows. I'm sick of them and their dumb storyline. It's not even interesting. Enough already. Take them out and let's move on from this crap.

Oh thanks. Just read up and it sounds like the role is not very important like you say but I've been wanting to see Babadook for a while.
