And we are back tonight.
And here we... go.
Liked the quick Elseworlds reference from Felicity.
According to Arrowverse Wiki…
SpoilerTV accidentally leaked [the episode title] "My Name is Emiko Queen" before it was quickly taken down from the site minutes later. This caused the episode to use "Shattered Lives" as a cover-up before going back to "My Name is Emiko Queen."
So maybe don’t include spoiler-y stuff in the title…?
Didn't mind this episode, except for the fact that Renee (seemed to know) that to save his little community, would mean the destruction and death of many people within Star City; since when does Renee (or when would he) ever support genocide? That whole element of the show just felt off to me.
I'm surprised there's been no reference in this episodes future to Emiko either; you'd think she'd have been a member of Team Arrow (tattoo and all) in the future, though I guess there's still plenty of time for that yet.
Age has also been on Renee's side; he's grown hair, looks a little younger, and am I mistaken or ha his scar gone (it's at least less visible now that he's wearing a wig) whereas Dinah has (seemingly) had her throat slit and gone grey.
Dinah's age makeup was also horrible this episode, dear lord.
She looked like she was 60 plus
No, not even that. The make up just looked fake. It looked like she had drying paint on her forehead.
Has she used her power in the flashforwards? This seems like a way to foreshadow Black Siren taking up the Canary role.
She hasn't used her power in the future as far as we've yet seen. To be honest I'm surprised we've not seen Laurel or Curtis in the future yet, though there's plenty of time for them (and Oliver) for that matter.
I do wonder whether this future links up (somewhat) to the one in Legends where Ollie has locked himself away in his bunker having lost an arm; assuming he's survived the Crisis event. This would further allow for Connor Hawke(?)
