I'm gonna guess Spencer. He's been practically begging for something bad to happen to him.

From what I've read online.. (POSSIBLE spoilers, may not be legit..)

Spencer tries to make a deal with Negan to have Rick killed. Negan thinks Spencer is a coward and kills him with a knife to the stomach, joking that maybe he does have guts after all.

Tara shoots at Negan, but misses, breaking Lucille in half. Olivia gets shot in the face as punishment, Eugene is taken captive with Daryl.

Not a fan of clean shaven Negan. I think he looks better with a little stubble.
