I'm not sure this has gotten into the story yet, so I'm bringing it up. Some of the Arrows arrows have sensitive technology built into them, which, if discovered and analyzed, could reveal a lot about the Arrow - his methods, if nothing else. This could be prevented by having them self-destruct (fry the electronics) when no longer needed. This could be revealed as a minor plot point in an episode, a single sentence of dialog, so it could be missed.
