also, I'd argue that sexy is not just looks but also personality, and Super-girl and wonder-girl just don't appeal to me at all.

Well, Huntress is hot, no denying it, and Catwoman is the queen of sensuality. Wonder Woman is definitely up there, as is Bulleteer. The new Supergirl is NOT all that attractive though. She looks like someone glued breasts onto an anorexic 14 year old. Power Girl is okay, but she needs something besides her breasts, and she doesn't really have it.

But the Queen of them all? Zatanna. The sexiest girl in the DCU. I don't know if she's the hottest...but, damn, she is certainly the sexiest.
