Within 24 issues seems logical...... dont get me wrong, I am reading this book, but it reminds me of those over priced Man-Thing & Werewolf by Night books in the late 1990s.... they last 6 issues!:o

It's called Shadowpact, and I'm giving it about 12 issues at best.

Best line so far:

issue #3

Tom: "Will it hurt?"

Big Bad Witch Lady: "Oh yes. More than you could possibly imagune. I wish I could lie to you, but your fear's an essential part of the formula.":oldrazz:

In some sense I certainly hope it gets cancelled so that Willingham can stop messing with Nightshade and Enchantress.

I was looking forward to Shadowpact initially, but it's been pretty disappointing.

issue 1 was the only issue i read and even then it sucked really hard,so i decided not to read it again.

That was very logical of you. Thank you for sharing your logic with the rest of us.

I was too, until I actually re-read DoV. It doesn't hold up so well the second time. Especially not if you read the whole Ostrander Suicide Squad inbetween.

Yeah, we get that you don't like how Willingham's changed the Suicide Squad characters. Thanks for reiterating that for the 17,000th time, Harl. :whatever:

15,867th time actually, but it's cute that you're trying to keep count.

It was alright. Nothing special. I dropped it after the first arc. I think it will get canceled by it's 25th issue. DC tends to give it's books more of a chance than Marvel does

I wasn't thinking I'd pick this week's issue up, but it features Blue Devil and Willingham didn't draw it, so I figured it was worth a shot. I haven't read it yet, but the art looks great.

I havn't even bothered picking up the book yet, I've just heard so many poor things.

Shame; I'm a big fan of Nightmaster and Ragman too.

I rather like it. Not brilliant or anything, but enjoyable.

SO if Ragman had a female counterpart, would she be called Ragwoman?
