actually , do you not click, get another team, then join private league... I already have 2 teams with yahoo, so I know how this works & its not working

You only have that because you already have a team. Others who do not can click that link, then "Sign me up", enter their yahoo ID and password and then click "Join League" (under managers).

My problem was that I was attempting to join the 'Football PLUS' team, which is featured with the 'big yellow buttons', when I double checked and went to the text link underneath for the free service, it worked on the first try.
