Should Aunt May die?

Hi guys, one thing I would like to know about this movie is if Aunt May is dying ; according to the Q & A she's supposed to do so. So what do you think? if you say yes... how is she dying? Why should she die?

I think it would be ok if she dies in something like a heart attack because of some villian... that would add some drama to Peter's life and it will prevent her from becoming Carnage (lol)
