BatScot said:^ Exactly... I seriously doubt that a batcycle is more practical for running over other vehicles, crashing through barriers, blowing up things, and allowing the damsel to ride shotgunall things that Batman required in Begins.
kenellard said:OMG, you're totally right, he did need all those things from a vehicle in begins, it's almost as if there was some kind of script which lent itself to batman needing the tumbler. I wonder if there could be circumstances in TDK where he might need a bike? or maybe it would be too coincidental?
Cinemaman said:No, I don't think it will work.
I wonder... maybe Nolan should write some totally rad scene where Batman needs to skirt though impassible traffic, or navigate a narrow alley, or jump a row of buses à la Evil Knievel. That would so rock! It would be just like in Begins, but itd be so much cooler on a bike because compared to the relative safety of the Tumbler, now life and limb are at constant risk. Yeah, yeah and then, and then Batman has this cape retractor thing so that his cape doesnt get caught in the wheels. OMG, you're totally right... thats a fantastic idea!kenellard said:OMG, you're totally right, he did need all those things from a vehicle in begins, it's almost as if there was some kind of script which lent itself to batman needing the tumbler.
