Should DC bring back The Wrath?

Anyone remember the story where Batman had to go up against his mirror image--the same reason for donning the costume, the same day their parents died, only bruce's died by crooks---the Wrath's died by Jim Gordon, a cop.

What are your thoughts in bringing this person back, since DC has no doors on Death's realm anymore?

Kind of useless now that the much more recognizable Prometheus exists with essentially the same origin.

Be it as it may, The Wrath is easily Batman's opposite number.....and that Prometheus is just a rip off origin with a wannabe power of Taskmaster...only much more lamer. Source of Power: Downloaded from a CD compared to TaskMaster's Visual reflexes.

I'm betting my money on TAskmaster over Promo anyday of the week.

I would, too, but Prometheus is still a fun character. Plus, he finally wised up and made his helmet hack-proof, so he probably won't be taken out so cheaply again.

Looks like he shopped around the villain Walmart, and got Magneto's cape, Daredevils costume, Wonder Man's "W" and got a custom Hawkeye/Batman cowl.

Who drew that comic? Looks like Ringo or Oscar Jimenez, but it's pretty old.

Okay, so if Batman is the JLA tactician/Detective.....or is on the same level as Sherlock Holmes detective skills wise and on the fighting level of Bruce Lee (for example)....then I'd make the Wrath right up there Tactictian wise with Batman's level....and the fighting skills of Tony Jaa (who's a pretty impressive fighter).....

Now if those two fight....I'd certainly would want to see it.....

Prometheus....eh, anyone who relies on CD's to be able to put them on par with Batmans level or some such....is not that likeable...
But for someone who trains himself the same way how Batman trained himself...can do things using only his brain....is as obsessive as Batman is, following in his footsteps, but using his skills to fight Law And Order....Whew!!!!!!
well THAT'S IMPRESSIVE.....besides, Prometheus is the JLA's villain, Wrath is directly to Batman.
In a battle of wits and strategy I would love to see how the Wrath can anticipate Batmans moves, plots, stategies, etc. How we can do all that and still try to get revenge on James Gordon.

I think your problem is that you're assuming all Prometheus did was create the helmet and, voila, Prometheus.

Nuh uh.

Prometheus went through pretty much everything Batman did. He traveled the world, seeking to improve himself in every way possible. Without the helmet, Prometheus is still a damned good tactician, fighter and scientist. The helmet just gives him a massive edge on everyone else, including Batman.

Leaguer...you just proved my point....

Prometheus...NEEDS the helmet to have an edge...whereas Batman and the Wrath ARE THE EDGE.

Sure Prometheus can do what you said above, but if he was all that...he should be able to do everything WITHOUT the helmet.

How do you know Prometheus isn't just as good as Batman without the helmet? You don't. Prometheus just uses the helmet to make him even better.
