i have been at my job (as a mall Security Guard) for about 2 years and as long as i have worked there, there has been mold on one of the walls. its a brick wall next to set of stairs, and you can see the mold thats grown out of the paint and the mold that has started to grow under it pushing it out.

should i call OSHA?

If you call OSHA, you stand to lose that mold, and the thrill of possibly catching an odd lung disease from the spores.

Also, don't bring it up to your employers first, or talk about any concerns.
