Movie Sebastian Shaw seems like a composite character between comic book Sebastian Shaw and Mr. Sinister. Sebastian Shaw had the same powers and position as his comic counter part, he was a business man and leader of the Hellfire Club. But movie Shaw had Sinister's interest in genetics, immorality and worked for Nazis. So should Sinister appear in a sequel and what should do with him to make him different from Shaw?

Definitely, but it would be very disappointing if he doesn't resemble his iconic appearance.

Id use him in the third part of this trilogy, along with young Scott and Jean.

For the second movie I would like something different.

First Class pt.2's villain should be Bolliver Trask, it should deal with the creation of the Sentinels and focus on the Rise of the Anti-Mutant movement.
And as a subplot, have Magneto in the background consolidating his power.

Then, for pt. 3: Yep, it's Mister Sinister time....

I would honestly prefer to see him pop up in the original timeline, with an adult Scott but I don't mind.

To differenciate him from Shaw, I would lean strongly toward his experimentation on mutants and make him a bit more of a mad scientist. Also, I would make him more grotesque in appearance twisting his comic book look into something more creepy and deathly. He will have been around for a long long time, but unlike Shaw/Logan, he does show signs of age.

The second film should be Magneto attacking the united states government openly and the first X-Men VS Brotherhood. This Is something we really didn't see In earlier films.

Sinster should be In third film. This Is where Cyclops will most likely be Introduced.
I would make Sinster a mad mutant scientist obsessed with genetics and creating
super mutants. This would cause The X-Men to have to work with Magneto to defeat
Sinster.

How would that work in live action? Mr. Sinister's cape seems impossible to do in live action.

today, everything is possible with proper cgi. they could deffinitely make sinister look like he does in the comics.

Like Magneto the series needs a constant villian however i think the best solution would be to have The Hellfire as the constant villian but the members may differ. So Sebastian Shaw, Emma Frost, Sinister, could all fit in that Hellfire's agenda...

sort answer is yes, i feel mr sinister would be plauseable for the sequel.

Not really, I have seen a lot of bad CGI in movies that looked very poor. Just mentioning CGI doesn't really explain why Sinister's cape is supposed to work in live action, his cape just doesn't look very natural or looks like something that exists in real life. It just looks very odd, something extremely difficult to render it in live action. It seems like a lot of effort to make that cape work in live action with no real pay off.

Maybe they could introduce Sinister in the next film, not as Sinister, but as Nathaniel Essex. They could have him as a scientist working for the CIA. Maybe he tracks down Charles and befriends him, appearing to go behind the CIA's back to work with the X-Men, before ultimately betraying them and revealing himself to be Mr. Sinister, who wants the X-Men for experimentation (perhaps in the 3rd film).
