The Avengers Should the Hulk Buster armor be introduced?

If the Hulk goes berzerk and has to be stopped would you want Iron Man to go up against him early in the Hulk Buster suit before he is with the team or while he's with the team or not at all?

I don't think it will be the Hulk Buster armour that stops The Hulk if he does go berserk on The Avengers. I think, and this is based on Betty not dying (which would be the reason for the rampage if she did die I imagine), Betty will be the one that steps in and calms The Hulk down. Sure it will be a soft end to the battle but in all likeliness it won't be the final battle in the film. But what it will serve is for some great emotional scenes.

The Avengers should be getting their asses kicked by Hulk. The Iron Man starts flying off & Cap or Thor says to him "What the hell are you doing!?". Tony replies "You'll see" & flies off. He returns a little bit later in the Hulkbuster armor.

This could happen in Iron Man 3, the reason I say this is because War Machine took over for Stark after the Hulk beat the crap out of him while wearing the buster suit. There's a rumor that War Machine is going to be in 3 so all we can do is wait and see.

It's not just a rumor. WM has already been seen on set. Although he looks a lot like Iron Patriot.

Strange, I don't see any comments about "the entire original thread premise proved wrong". . .

I seriously doubt we will see a Hulkbuster armor, because its highly unlikely anybody heroic is going to be particularly trying to bust the Hulk.

If any Avengers are to team up against a fellow member it seems so stale that it will be the rage monster. If it is to happen it would be cooler if they had to team up against Thor, for whatever reason. That would feel alot fresher.

Given Stark and Banner's bromance, I could see Tony suiting up in a Hulkbuster suit to take on Hulk within the confines of Avengers tower, as part of Tonys warped idea of a training excercise. Let Banner Hulk out to help him "control" the beast and show off his new suit in an ego-fueled pissing contest. To see hulk actually fight another teammate would be stale, but if it were Banner and Tony "having fun" I could see it.

Iron Man could be shown to be like the Marvel Batman. He builds armors that are capable of taking down his own team if necessary. He could have his Hulk Busting Armor to take down Hulk (only if he has to)

and He can be shown to have built Thor Busting Armor (if he has to)

and the explanation for that could come from SHIELD collecting the remains of the Destroyer in Thor 1.

He doesn't even have to use them either, just show that he has built them in his armory.
