Should the mods have the power change your sig without discretion?

Just look at my sig! Now some of you will say it looks the same but some mod change the link to another fourm not the one that I posted!!! Now I understand when mods change your sigs when you broke some rules but this one tried to pull one right under my nose!! Its funny but wtf Drakon!
