Now that Kara is 18, they can prolly go all out. I could actually see Turner drawing her in something like that.

Though really, I wouldnt mind her costume taking on a more amazonian look to it instead of a cheerleader outfit.

Yes, more objectification is just what we need in comics. Better yet, why bother with a costume at all? Have her get one of those super-cute "S" tattoes right at the top of her cleavage and fight crime in the nude.

Back in the 70s and 80s we had that exact design in something called "Underoos" which were themed underwear. Those look exactly like the women's Superman Underoos.

What's wrong with her current costume?

One might argue the practicality of a mini-skirt in the violent adventures of a superheroine, but since Supergirl herself is impervious to injury it doesn't really make a difference. Her current costume's fairly practical, given her powers.

kids will start buying comics to *********e to.

Kids already do. I have first-ha... um, I know some people who aren't me who do... er, used to do that kind of thing. :o

I was--I mean he washes his hands after he's done. Sometimes he even takes a shower. But he can never wash the memories away... :(

I think that may actually encourage crime as criminals would probably enjoy repeated beatings from her.

Nah, I think Supergirl needs to ditch the current costume anyway, and not to get naked, but at least wear something a little more practical. A normal shirt instead of a belly shirt, a skirt instead of a mini-skirt. Those kind of things.

If she punches the way she was clenching her fists she would break her thumbs!

So, basically, the Matrix Supergirl costume?

I guess it's practical in that villains can see up her skirt and get distracted.

Yeah because she's doesn't wear a mini skirt whilst flying around giving everyone a panty peak:o

Superhero costumes are supposed to be practical? I must've missed a memo or two. :o

I thought I hated her quite enough for any three people,... Put her in that and it would jump to an even dozen,...

Other than the last outfit Pre-Crisis Kara wore *sans the headband* and it's similar variations, I always liked the little mini shorts outfit from the 70's if you ax the neck cape *stupid* it's actually very practical. And shows just enough to be tantilizing. ;)
