Should Tobey been more like his character in "Brothers" in SM3

I voted a little bit.

I honestly thought he was. It was there, just not alot of it. They used a blend of seriousness and comedy. The only scene that was funny was when he was strutting on the street. The jazz club was kind of funny but really it was him being a jerk just to piss of MJ, then he hits her. So that scene was a bit more darker. Other than that, all of his other scenes he was screaming, looking pissed. There just needed to be more of it.

That would of been too hardcore for audiences watching Spider-man lol . They should of made Pete angry but not creepy . Also him clowning aorund was way to campy and if they toned that down they could of fit more of Brock into the stor.

He did act that way in 3. Tobey is a good actor. But he kind plays his roles from the same perspective. He has a way of showing happiness, anger, craziness etc. that comes through in all of his characters. The only difference is what's in the story arc.

I'm gonna go with a resounding NO. had tobey acted like a shadow of sam cahill in SM3, we wouldnt have seen it.

I voted "a little bit." By a "little bit," though, I mean VERY little. Keep in mind that these Spider-Man movies are for kids, too. Don't want to scar them for life, ya know.

You know what's one thing (among others) that would have greatly improved Spider-Man 3? More action with Spidey in the black suit! The photos that were shown at the Daily Bugle ... It would have been fantastic if those photos had been actual scenes! Adding those scenes definitely would have added more to the symbiote's effect on Peter by showing his heightened aggression.
