Hardly bosef! Someone posted Empire's comment, that they made in their forum about the delay, here - they said it was explained in the magazine that it was an estimated timeframe for the review to come online and they'll have it up as soon as possible.

Yup, in both cases it's due to outside factors. Those dates in the magazine (as I think is made clear somewhere on the same page) are predictions rather than guarantees. In both cases they'll be up as soon as practicality / embargoes permit.
