Operation Dragonfire was the only mini-series pretty close to the Sunbow universe, the rest of the DIC episodes were juvenile and awful, the good redeeming quality is that they brought back Cobra Commander's original voice actor.

they showed death in those and were a little more serious. Not that it mattered

And I remember my tv station were messed up alot with every show that aired on ABC during that time so I think that affected the animation. and they didn't act that different the joes or half of them were always goofs.

I'll agree with that. I'd like to get Operation Dragonfire on DVD. But when it went into episodes DIC just got lazy with stories and animation.

The greatest evil might just eb the 2nd greatest "Drugs R Bad" cartoon ever (behind Cartoon ALl Stars to the Rescue).

The only thing I cna't figure out (or find) is who voiced the Headman. Anybody know?
