Silver Sable Big Screen? Thoughts?

I've been a fan of the silver sable series for a long time, and personally feel that she should be brought to the big screen. The film should be rated R with either John Woo or Michael Davis (Shoot em up Director). Thoughts?

Sounds like a good idea to me. The Sandman went good when he joined Silver Sable Inc. Maybe, the less evil Sandman could join her in her film, whenever or if they make one. Silver Sable is the first sidekick character you can alternate with the web head in Spider-Man Friend or Foe. My choice for Silver Sable would be Elisa Cuthbert. SandMan would remain Thomas Haden Church. I think that a good villain for her would be Taskmaster as well as A.I.M. Hydra should be saved for the potential Nick Fury Film.

I'd rather milla too. I think acting-wise and of course the physical side of things, she's perfect for the role.

every female role like this everyone says Milla for, black widow, silver sable etc. be more creative people! it is super hard to think of a good looking actress who actually has skill. and all the ones that are actually good actresses are bad for the part, like keira knightley, great actress, totally wrong for the part though. the only great actress that i can think of that i would be comfortable with is eva green, she would probably bring something great to the role, but even still... kinda out of left field

at least milla has SOME acting chops, not like elisha, she shoulda became a model, not an actress

Finally...the first stone has been thrown...or cast...which ever sounds cooler?

The only way they could do this is to get a very good director, one that has done some A-list work. You can afford to get kinda goofy with male characters, but since no one really takes female heroes all that serious, it can't be Catwoman/Elektra. And she has to have her Wild Pack to balance it out.

no offense... but silver sable is one of the marvel heroines who pretty much was only around for about a decade... and never been heard of since

I don't know how a Sable movie can be made. I think she would have to be introduced in a Spiderman movie first to gain some recognition.
