I bought the Sin City DVD, the UNcut, extended edition should I open it?

How can a DVD be worth any money?? They make hundreds of thousands of DVD's so it's not like you're going to have a rare DVD. Just open the damn thing and watch it.

Is it not a collector's edition or something like that.

unless you got it signed or something, open it up.

I have tons of Collector's Edition. I don't think my Adventures of Ford Fairlane: Collector's Edition is worth more than the $5.50 I payed for it. You must be new to DVD's to think Collector's Edition means anything special.

What really matters is if they're going to stop producing the DVD after a while. Like the stuff Disney does all the time. If you go on Amazon, you'll see Snow White selling for 60, 70 dollars just because it isn't available anywhere else.

However, I haven't heard/don't think the Sin City Uncut DVD will be a limited edition, so I'd say open it. Hell, even if it was going to be worth money, I'd say open it and buy another. :o

Open it. Seriously, it's worth it for a film as great as Sin City.

Okay thanks for the advice, has anyone actually seen the uncut version?

I own the DVD and it's great. You can watch it like the theatrical or in any order you want based off the different stories that are in it.

really I should then, my family thinks I should keep it closed but I'm starting to not care.

It is a DVD that is mass produced in to millions of copies. It's not going to be worht much. It will more than likely be in a $9.99 bin in a couple months. Open the damn thing and tell your family that not everything with a comic book character is going to be worth millions.

yes, this thread is over i'm going to open it.

Hell Yeah, I need to buy the uncut version. That movie is bada**.
