Her name is Siouxsie Sioux. She's a goth/punk legend. And she is just beautiful. That's the only way I can describe her. Beautiful.

She's a bit past her prime now, yes, but take a look at some pictures of her from 70's or 80's when she was in her heyday. And listen to some of her music while you're at it. She was just extraordinary.
